Green Pepper Jelly – Canning Recipe

Green Pepper Jelly

5 cups of bell pepper; minced
2 jalapeno
2 cups vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
9 cups sugar
8 ounce pectin

Process bell pepper and hot pepper in a food processor until finely minced. Combine pepper mixture, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add pectin.

Fill 1/2 pint jars 1/4 inch from the top.

Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes

Makes about 12 1/2 pints
